Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must satisfy the following academic qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline with at least one paper in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science, Sociology, or Psychology at the graduate level. OR A Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with at least 50% marks in Mathematics in the Class 12 (Higher Secondary) examination.
2. Computer Proficiency: A minimum 6-month Computer Course Certificate issued by a government-recognized institution, along with ease in data entry using handheld devices.

Additional Requirements

• Employment Exchange: Must hold a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate issued within the State of Assam.
• Language Proficiency: Must have studied English and at least one local language (Assamese, Bengali, or Bodo) as subjects in HSLC (Class 10).
• Small Family Norms: Candidates are required to furnish a declaration adhering to the Small Family Norms in Form-A.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Age determination will be strictly based on the Class 10 (HSLC) Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized board/council.
