Vacancy Summary

Eligibility Criteria

1. Additional Resource Person (ARP)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university along with a minimum one-year Diploma in Special Education in any disability category with a valid RCI CRR number.
• Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in any Government organization or NGO in the disability sector, SSA, or DPEP.
• Preference: Female candidates with disabilities, or candidates who are siblings or parents of a child with disability possessing the required qualification, will receive priority.

2. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university and a one-year Diploma in Special Education in any disability category with a valid RCI CRR number.
• Preference: Candidates with prior work experience in SSA, DPEP, or any Govt./NGO organization working in disability, as well as female candidates with disabilities or family members of disabled individuals.

3. Special Educator

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university along with a Special B.Ed. or a one-year Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized) with a valid RCI CRR registration.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in any Govt. Organization, NGO in disability, SSA, or DPEP.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 62 years (as on 01-01-2026)

Note: Age verification will strictly be determined using the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board or Council. No other documents will be accepted for age proof.
