Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Assistant Manager (General): Two-year Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech / B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science & Technology, Food Technology Management, or Biotechnology.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Bachelor's degree in Commerce with three years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting, OR Bachelor's degree in any stream along with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering - Civil): B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering - Electrical): B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering - Mechanical): B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior Executive (General): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with working knowledge of computer software and MS Office applications.
- Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or Chemistry, along with computer operation proficiency.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 28 years. Candidates must have been born between 16 November 1998 and 15 November 2008 (both dates inclusive).
