Overview

Canara Bank has officially released an employment notification inviting applications for the engagement of 3,500 Graduate Apprentices. Out of the total positions, 42 vacancies are allocated for candidates in Assam. Candidates holding a recognized bachelor's degree who meet the required age criteria can submit their applications online through the official portal before the closing date.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Academic Degree: Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any stream from an institution or university recognized by the Government of India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
• Passing Period: The qualifying degree must have been completed between 01.01.2023 and 01.09.2026 (inclusive of both dates).

Local Language Proficiency

• Candidates having studied the opted local language in Class 10 or Class 12 (supported by marksheet/certificate) will be exempt from the language proficiency test.
• All other applicants must qualify in a local language evaluation administered during Document Verification. Passing this test is mandatory for engagement.

Medical Standards

• Selected candidates must satisfy the medical fitness criteria prescribed by Canara Bank.

Age Limit

• Age Range: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old as of the cutoff date (born between 02.09.1998 and 01.09.2006, both dates inclusive).

4. Application Form: Log in using the registered ID and password, fill in personal and educational information, and select examination preferences.
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and relevant documents.
6. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online through the payment gateway if applicable.
7. Final Submission: Submit the form and download/print the confirmation receipt for future reference.
